Founded in 2002 and headquartered in Desio (MB), Bifire develops certified technological solutions for high-performance fire protection systems and thermal insulation, providing bespoke insulation panels and systems tailored to specific design requirements. Bifire: Research & development
Bifire’s Research & Development and technical departments operate on an ongoing basis to ensure that its solutions comply with European and international regulations on fire safety (reaction to fire and fire resistance), indoor air emissions (VOCs) and technical building performance (thermal, seismic and anti-delamination resistance). Each fire protection system is developed and validated against rigorous performance criteria, in line with the standards required in highly regulated application contexts.
Bifire products are supported by a structured certification system that attests to their performance and consistent quality.
A technical department with multiple fire safety professionals able to provide end-to-end support, from identifying the most suitable solutions to the preparation of Cert.REI and Dich.Prod. documentation.

AQUAFIRE®
REINFORCED CEMENT PANEL
AQUAFIRE® is ideal for external applications and interior environments with high humidity. It is a lightweight, non-combustible (Class A1) board that is easy to work with and cut, making it suitable for building systems exposed to critical environmental conditions.
The fire protection panel is water-resistant, dimensionally stable and not subject to deformation or degradation over time. AQUAFIRE® represents a reliable technical solution for fire-resistant façades, ceramic cladding, mosaics, brick slips and rendered finishes.
It is installed on metal framing, both for external and internal applications
It withstands loads for the construction of fitted or load-bearing wall systems and can also be used on curved surfaces

È una lastra completamente priva di cellulosa e armata con velovetro su entrambi i lati, progettata per essere installata in esterno, anche nelle condizioni tecnicamente più critiche. Garantisce elevata resistenza all’umidità, al gelo e al caldo umido, ottima resistenza alla flessione e buona flessibilità applicativa. È una soluzione ideale per ambienti umidi, interni ed esterni protetti, pareti, controsoffitti e facciate ventilate.

VACUNANEX®
EXTERNAL THERMAL INSULATION SYSTEM
Vacunanex® is a low-thickness vacuum insulation panel (VIP) for ultra-high-performance thermal insulation, based on Nanex® technology. With the same insulating capacity, it allows a thickness reduction of up to ten times compared to traditional materials, making it ideal for renovations, energy retrofitting and historic buildings. It is the only CE-marked Vacuum Insulation Panel.
Vacunanex®, sandwich-bonded to a 3 mm fibre-reinforced lightweight cement board, is available in three versions with different thicknesses and formats depending on the system type:
Vacunanex®BS, for installation beneath screeds or in lining walls and suspended ceilings
Vacunanex® Cappotto, for the installation of internal or external thermal insulation systems (ETICS)
Vacunanex® Roof, for roof applications
